Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields5 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics or related fieldsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQLExperience with building data pipelines and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), preferably jobs using platforms like Apache airflow or AWS glue.Experience creating interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, and others, with provencommunication and presentation skills to deliver actionable insightsExperience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholdersExperience working with operations functions preferably in customer service or supply chainPreferred QualificationsBackground and knowledge of CX, VoC spaceFamiliarity with customer support software (e.g., Salesforce)Experience with digital analytics tools like google or adobe analytics.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GitExperience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industryExperience working with operations functions, preferably in the customer experience or customer support operations spaceMust-Have Skills1.
