Position Title: Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 1

Location: Peachtree City, GA, WA & IL - Onsite

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 04 Months and possibility of extension

Job Type: Contract and Onsite

Pay Range: $30 – $32/hr. on w2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Required: Able to work a flexible work schedule which could include 12-hour shifts (May include Night Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat)), rotating shifts, 3-, 4-, or 5-day work weeks.

Job Description:

• Provides necessary escort to third-party contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and service providers on site.
• Works on tasks (e.g., making rounds, initial assessments on equipment performance) as assigned with supervision.
• Perform basic monitoring of the performance of maintenance and operations of equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) within the data center with supervision.
• Visual or non-intrusive preventative maintenance.
• Single CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) preventative maintenance. AHU (Air handling unit) filter replacement.
• Eyewash and duress button preventative maintenance.
• Humidifier preventative maintenance. VESDA alert or supervisory (low air flow).
• Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work and comply with all physical security procedures and policies.
• Required: All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.
• Required: Experience with mechanical systems in a high availability assembly / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Required: 1 year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g., automotive, mechanical, controls, data center).
• Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
