Job Title: HR Ops Readiness Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, including Wednesdays)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: EST time zone primarily, with occasional early morning or late-night calls to accommodate global stakeholders.
Overview of the Role:
The Employee Success (ES) Operational Readiness Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness for newly onboarded employees through mergers and acquisitions, as well as company expansions into new regions. This project-based role requires deep analysis, discovery, and strong stakeholder management across a global team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR Shared Services teams and vendors while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with employment regulations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with ES People Services to ensure smooth operational integration of newly harmonized employees.
- Develop and implement repeatable tools, templates, and process documentation for scalable solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure compliance and harmonization of acquired employees.
- Collaborate with ES M&A teams to develop a consistent and repeatable approach for new acquisitions.
- Establish service level standards and accountability measures to drive value through ES People Services.
- Perform data trend analysis to support process improvements and innovation.
- Track service delivery metrics to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support global shared services teams in implementing standardized processes.
- Provide regular feedback to management and stakeholders regarding necessary updates to policies and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead projects from planning to implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR shared services or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and programs.
- Experience with time-off and leave statutory requirements across multiple countries preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and word processing applications (e.g., Google Docs).
- Prior experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management tools preferred.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and work with global teams across different time zones.
Salary : $28 - $31
