Compliance Associate
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana – onsite 2-3 days per week.

Job Details:
We are looking for an ES Compliance Associate to be part of the ES Compliance team! This team is part of the company’s first line of defense. In addition to monitoring, auditing, and testing HRs processes and controls, you will play a key role in the prioritization and mitigation efforts, as well as contribute to high visibility compliance projects.
Your Impact:
* Monitor, audit and test HR-related business processes and controls
* Help business partners design, operationalize and document mitigation efforts
* Communicate business impact and align stakeholders around priorities
* Prepare management and status reporting.
* Manage and/or contribute to special projects both ongoing/recurring, as needed (i.e. Global Work Authorization, Country Expansion, Existing Country Reviews, Global Employee Handbook, ES Policies, Filings)
* Manage the end to end employee data incident process
* Participate in activities related to SOX and Security Compliance controls (i.e. facilitation of pre-work, testing, documentation maintenance)
Basic Requirements:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the Human Resources field.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
* Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities; exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
* Proficiency in Google suite, Slack, and Workday.
* Demonstrated success independently handling workload and priorities with limited oversight.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues and exercise discretion when management support is necessary to resolve an issue.
* Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
* Expertise in developing process documentation and flowcharts.

Pay Range: $25- $30
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
