BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated IT Desktop Support in Aurora, IL

Position Title: IT Desktop Support

Location: Aurora, IL

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 02/10/2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract with possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract: 40hr/ week

Pay Range: $28/hr to 31/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• 5-10 years of experience in an IT support role, primarily focusing on Windows and Office 365 environments.


• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11).


• Experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).


• Hands-on experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• A proactive, customer-focused approach to providing IT support.
