BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT / Desktop Technician in Fort Worth, TX.
Position Title : IT / Desktop Technician
Location : Fort Worth, TX, 76118
Anticipated Start Date : 03-17-2024

Expected Duration : 12 Months (contract to hire position)
Job Type : (40 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]
Pay Range : $22.00 / hr to $23.50 / hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description :
- Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, build and imaging computers, servicing and repairing systems and equipment.
- Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment.
- Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance.
- Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance.
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems / equipment.
- Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel / service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
