BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated "Billing Agent" for an opportunity located in Louisville, TN 37777
Position Title : Billing Agent
Location : Knoxville, TN (Louisville, TN) 37777
Expected Duration : 12 Months [With the possibility of Extension]
Job Type : [CONTRACT], [HYBRID] [20 weeks (in-office training, then move to Hybrid model)]
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description :
- The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process / adjust health care appeals / claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues.
- The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice / escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
