BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Performance & Quality - Quality Auditing Representative for an opportunity in San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Remote)

Position Title: Performance & Quality - Quality Auditing Representative

Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: January 27th, 2025

Expected Duration: 36 months contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.11/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Will this role work remote/In Office/Hybrid (in office & remote)? Hybrid Role: 60% office/ 40% WFH.

Primary job duties/responsibilities:

• Responsible for prioritizing, reviewing, and delivering First Article Inspections (FAIs) for verification of customer requirements on sustaining parts and development projects.
• Perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection assessments per SAE AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.
• Candidates will be required to successfully demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.
• Experience in critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Ability to work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.
• Completes or exceeds daily goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Must-have skills for this role:

1. Blue Print Reading

2. Good communication

3. Good manufacturing product/quality Skills

* Years of experience required for each skill: Minimum 2 or College degree.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Programming Skills/coding

2. Excel graphs/vlookup

3. Automation experience
