Job Title: Production SupervisorLocation: Waterloo, IA 50701Duration: 3 years Shift: 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Pay Range: $38hr-$40/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Shift Details:* 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM* Must be open to working off-shift if needed* Will work 1-2 hours of overtime per day* Occasional Saturdays based on workload/scheduling Key Responsibilities:* Provide leadership, coordination, and scheduling for hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks* Ensure objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met* Lead and build effective teams, with a focus on unionized environments Qualifications:* Required:* AA degree in any field or 4 years of equivalent experience* 2 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience* Manufacturing experience* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel* Excellent communication and people skills* Preferred:* 4-year degree in any field* Previous experience leading teams, preferably in a unionized environment Location:* Candidates should be located in the Midwest* Must be comfortable working in a factory environment Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
