BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator II in Menlo Park, CA. Position Title: Project Coordinator II

Expected Duration: 7 Months
Job Type: [>=40 weeks] [Contract] [Onsite].
Pay Range: $35 - $45/hr. on W2.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Title: Project Coordinator II
Duration: 7 months
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirement and timeline for customer team projects
- Clarify and collect required information for project execution
- Manage material procurement and transfer
- Maintain clear bookkeeping of large inventory
- Proactively monitor and track multiple projects
- Provide clear progress report on project execution
- Coordination between customer and lab site teams towards smooth project execution
Required Skills:
- Customer focused mindset
- Proactive ownership of ambiguous problems
Bonus Skills/Experiences:
- Previous project coordination or management experience
- Experience in datacenter network operation or background
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
- Degree in engineering, electrical or computer science
- Worked in a network infra space
- Project coordination skills (worked with multiple teams, serviced different partners and teams)
- Collaborate with a lot of customer team
Good to have skills:
- Worked in a network lab or production deployment, data center.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science or related field
