Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable contract Project Coordinator to support their team in managing coordination and program mgmt. aspects of client and company projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating schedules, and communicating with team members and management. to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA with occassional travel to Bellevue.

Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable contract Project Coordinator to support their team in managing coordination and program mgmt. aspects of client and company projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating schedules, and communicating with team members and management. to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA with occassional travel to Bellevue.
Reponsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and deadlines for all deliverables
- Monitor team progress and provide updates to management
- Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation as needed
- Attend client and staff meetings related to project
- Report progress, challenges and roadblocks to leadership
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all projects
- 3-5 years of administrative and tools like G Suite experience
- New hire onboarding through a specialized bootcamp program
- Program management of large-scale coaching sessions
- Development and implementation of large-scale education programs
- Design and delivery of comprehensive training programs
- Technical leadership with strong communication skills, including:
- Effective written communication to convey complex ideas clearly
- Excellent verbal communication to engage and motivate teams
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer operating knowledge and interest
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
- Previous project coordination experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with new hire onboarding programs, specifically bootcamp-style training
- Experience with program management, including large-scale training sessions and educational programs
- Technical and leadership communication skills, including strong written communication abilities
- Proven experience working with large groups of technical professionals, including managing teams at big tech companies
- Ability to adapt to a multi-skilled role that requires flexibility and versatility
- Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the diverse needs and backgrounds of onboarding attendees, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure their success
