Position Details:
- Job Title: Project Manager - Business Capability
- Location: 3401 Princeton Pike, Lawrence Township, NJ (50% onsite)
- Pay Rate: $104/hr
- Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Digital Capability (DC) projects within the Business Unit.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure project execution within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT Business Partners, and Digital Capability Managers.
- Apply Agile, SDLC, and PMF best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Biopharma, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences.
- Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Hands-on experience in risk management, financial management, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive results.
