Project Duration : 6 months with possible extension
Description :
Outline of key responsibilities & deliverables :
- Build Microsoft project plan with clear WBS, task details, duration estimates, resource plans and dependencies
- Track and management of project schedule
- Support Overall PM in workstream level status tracking and reporting
- Able to manage project plan, Micro PM or Smartsheet
- Track and manage RAID Log
- As business analyst –document BRD by collaborating with business owners, SMEs from various functions such as Global quality, Quality compliance, Supply Chain
- Collaborate with IT vendor lead in translating BRD into URS, FRS and Technical specs, Obtain design
- Support in validation testing documentation, system validation plan, UAT plan etc
- SAP Experience is a Must 3-4 years minimum.
- Self-Starter
- Knowledge of SAP Supply chain and quality Processes
- At least one full life cycle of SAP
- Knowledge of SDLC process
- Data management support knowledge a must.
- Business Analyst Background a plus
- Able to provide Testing support following a systems validation plan is a plus.
- Knowledge of Life sciences a plus
- Expert in Microsoft Project
- Expert in power point presentations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Use of MS Teams, Sharepoint sites
- GxP validation
- Application interface (esp. With SAP, Quality management system)
- Must have IT SDLC Project management experience (esp. With exposure to SAP project magement)
