Run Rate Quote RepresentativeBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Run Rate Quote Representative in Hybrid
The Run Rate Quote Enablement Representative will be required to work closely with Service Sales, Service Ops, Partners, and Order Management. Successful candidates should have a background in data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Generate and deliver service renewal quotations for HP |Poly sales and Partners, within renewal quotation deadlines.
* Make effective use of HP's Analytics and OSS systems by retrieving data and running installation base reports to research accounts and uncover new opportunities.
* Track quoting for metrics.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data is maintained in the systems
* Undertake additional duties required to assist in the department's success .
Qualifications
* College degree preferred
* 2 years experience in sales support processes
* Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
* Experience in SAP S4 and Siebel systems not required but is a distinct advantage
Competency
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Capable of multi-tasking, and prioritizing work with minimal sup Keywords:

Position Title: Run Rate Quote Representative
Location: Boise, ID
Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 04/01/2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months with possibilities for extension
Job Type: Contract: 40 hrs/week
Pay Range: $12.68/hr to $16.60/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
