Position Title: Technical Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote (EST- Preferred)

Anticipated Start Date: 03/ 03/ 2025

Expected Duration: 09 Months

Job Type: [>=40 weeks] [Contract] [REMOTE].

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr. on W2.

Role: Marketing & Sales - Advertising Operations Specialist II (Technical Solutions Consultant)
Location: Remote (EST Preferred)
Duration: 09 Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Scaled technical support for Client top advertising clients
• day to day - supporting a group of advertisers on a case by case bases through a ticketing system, the name of the role is technical solutions consultant
• receive an ambiguous request from a client and leverage technical knowledge and trouble shooting skillsets and client issues
• Technical supporting, supporting a que of requests.
• high value advertisements at Client that require more technical and diplomatic.

Must-Have Skills

• First-hand knowledge of Client tools, building integrations for google/ FB.
• Worked with FAANG/ Multi-million dollar book of business companies internally or as a client.
• Managing API tools with Client companies
• 2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Experience with technical troubleshooting Client Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Client SDK, Client Pixel) (Client is preferred but not required)

Nice-to-have Skills

• SQL ( highly preferred) running SQL queries

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Degrees/ Certifications Required: BA Degree or similar experiences.
