What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Insurance Office Administrator position at BCG Advisors?
BCG Advisors is a fast growing employee benefits and commercial insurance agency. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and qualified person to join our Commercial Insurance Team. This position entails daily administrative tasks, working with clients on billing and invoicing and basic insurance related projects Candidate must require knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, be extremely organized and works well within a team setting. The daily workload would consist of:
Working clients on billing and late payments.
Handle invoicing of new and renewal policies.
Coordinate Certificates of Insurance for clients
Manually entering information into carrier portals and checking for approvals .
We will train. We are looking for someone to work five hours per day up to 25 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
