Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment defense matters, including researching legal issues, drafting motions, and providing litigation support.
• Manage and resolve client cases, with an emphasis on labor and employment law issues, from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written reports, briefs, and memoranda on complex legal matters.
• Assist in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and advising on legal matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals on case strategy and execution.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives within the firm.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law or general litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks independently and efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal document drafting and case management.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
