Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely from the Orlando / Tampa / Central, FL area, representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters, providing expert legal advice and guidance on complex liability issues, developing and implementing effective defense strategies, negotiating settlements and resolving disputes, conducting thorough research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, collaborating with other attorneys and staff, and keeping clients informed of case progress.

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, a minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on liability law - 3rd party defense, a current license to practice law in the state of Florida, a proven track record of successfully defending clients in insurance cases, excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and advocacy skills, strong research and analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professional ethics and integrity, and the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload in a remote setting.
Bonus Requirements:
In addition to the above requirements, we are looking for an attorney with strong background in General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, and Toxic Tort, and at least 8yrs First Chair experience for 3rd party Insurance Defense cases.
