Duties :
- Interview and meet with clients to understand their needs and provide legal guidance.
- Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Perform detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and responses.
- Manage discovery processes and draft dispositive motions.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare witnesses and experts.
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
- Advise employers on sensitive employee matters and draft employment agreements.
- Work with startups and small businesses to build HR infrastructure.
- Provide counsel to C-Suite executives on offer packages and departure strategies.
