The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and a commitment to professional excellence and client service.LocationIrvine, CADutiesDefend and counsel employers in employment-related litigation, including class actions.Advise clients on wage and hour matters and employment law compliance.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Work closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex employment law cases.Assist in managing ongoing litigation matters and client relationships.Provide timely legal updates and advice to clients on employment law issues.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation.Experience defending and counseling employers in various labor and employment matters.Familiarity with class action cases and wage and hour issues.Strong academic credentials and a history of excellence in legal practice.Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.In good standing with the California Bar.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive membership in the California Bar.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of labor and employment law, particularly in litigation and compliance.Strong skills in legal research, writing, and drafting.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks effectively.Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
