Duties :
- Independently manage cases from initial pleadings through to trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery motions, dispositive motions, and other essential filings.
- Oversee both affirmative and responsive discovery processes.
- Take and defend depositions, including those of experts.
- Participate in court conferences, hearings, and mediations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy.
- Prepare for and assist in trial execution.
