The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting, communication, and supervisory skills, with the ability to work independently and lead teams on various legal projects. Key Responsibilities:Oversee teams and lead projects involving litigation document management, filings, and other legal initiatives.Draft complex motions and pleadings, including preparing ancillary filings and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.Assist in trial preparation, conducting legal research, drafting discovery requests/responses, and preparing witnesses for testimony.
