Duties :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of litigation matters, ensuring efficiency and timely progress of cases.
- Lead fact-finding efforts, gathering and analyzing key evidence to build a strong case.
- Research legal issues, particularly related to privacy and cyber law, to formulate strategies for litigation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and other critical filings.
- Conduct depositions, both defending and conducting them, with a strategic approach to uncover key information.
- Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to resolve cases favorably for clients.
- Maintain active communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the legal process.
- Contribute to larger litigation projects, collaborating effectively with other team members to manage case flow and tasks.
