Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join its team. This position involves providing legal guidance and support for various residential and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate law, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.

• Independently manage a caseload of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

• Represent clients throughout New York (including the five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester).

• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and documents.

• Negotiate terms and resolve any issues that may arise during transactions.

• Communicate with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Strong experience in residential and commercial real estate law.

• Ability to independently handle a variety of real estate transactions.

• Experience representing clients in the New York real estate market (5 boroughs, Long Island, Westchester).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high caseload.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.

• In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law.

• Proficient in drafting real estate contracts and legal documents.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
