The candidate will develop litigation strategy, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage all aspects of insurance coverage litigation.
Duties :
- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and class actions.
- Conduct complex legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
- Analyze insurance policies, provide coverage advice, and draft coverage analyses.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings and mediations.
- Manage and supervise associates and paralegals.
- Interact with clients and provide legal advice and recommendations.
