Duties:
- Assist in white collar defense and investigations, including handling regulatory proceedings and conducting internal investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support in complex legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing investigations and defense strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to gather information, provide legal advice, and manage case-related tasks.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Manage multiple cases and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
