We’re a collaborative group with deep experience in complex white collar and tax litigation—criminal and civil, federal and state. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead files, make strategic calls in the courtroom, and help grow a strong client base alongside us. If you’ve spent time with the IRS, DOJ Tax Division, or U.S. Attorney’s Office, we want to talk. Bonus points if you’ve got a book to bring or build.

Handle a mix of white collar defense and tax controversy (civil & criminal)
Lead client engagements and litigation strategy
Appear in both state and federal court at trial and appellate levels
Collaborate with a seasoned, tight-knit tax controversy team
Supervise client contact and help junior attorneys grow
Bring or build a book — business development encouraged and supported
Prior experience with DOJ, IRS Chief Counsel, or U.S. Attorney’s Office is a big plus
Must be licensed in Michigan
