JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role as a valued Hank’s team member. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping a company run smoothly through accurate bookkeeping, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Processing high volume sales invoices and recording in accounting system
- Maintaining and updating all correlating financial spreadsheets
- Processing team member sales accounts and accounts for payroll administration
- Meeting weekly deadlines for invoicing as set forth by supervisor
- Reviewing and understanding billing policies and procedures
- Applying payments and cutting checks correctly to client invoices
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Must have 2 years of benefit administration experience
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Proficient with QuickBooks
