In-Home Sales Representative

Job Description

Lifespan Home Improvement provides the Wasatch Front and surrounding areas with bath remodel construction, sunroom and patio room additions, replacement windows and doors, patio covers and pergolas! We work directly with homeowners in the process of upgrading and remodeling their home.  

We are looking for honest, hardworking sales professionals, with appealing dispositions and the passion to help our prospects achieve their bathroom remodeling dreams. Your focus will be on the best in-class complete tub to shower conversions, bathtub replacement systems and Jacuzzi Walk-In Bathtubs.  You will be confident in the 1 to 2 day install process performed by our factory trained and certified install team.  

Responsibilities

You will be engaging with home owners to sell them in their home and in our showroom.  We teach you a structured sales process, time-proven to be successful in allowing the customer to choose what is best for them. We provide all the needed literature, sales aids, marketing materials, and business cards so you can sell with confidence.  

Qualifications

In-home sales experience in desired and ideal.  Exceptional communication skills in all formats is a necessity, along with computer skills. Construction knowledge is preferred. Must have valid driver license, clean background and pass a drug test.

You must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including occasional work after 5 pm or Saturdays to attend sales calls or staff a trade show.  

This position does not require any out of town travel.  You will need a newer, dependable vehicle for transportation with mileage reimbursement. 

We will pay you base salary, and commission on sales. This opportunity is a very real six figure potential! Further detail will be provided during the interview process.
