Marketing & Events Coordinator

Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.
We are looking to hire an experienced, part-time Marketing & Events Coordinator in the Washington, MI market.
Job Description:
• Create advertisements geared towards homeowners and manage ongoing ads. Find avenues to advertise and implement creative marketing strategies to gain new clients • Manage all marketing efforts including developing ads, creating Google and Facebook ads, and drive lead generation •Implement SEO strategies for optimal ad visibility • Manage social media presence • Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory • Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors • Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows • Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators • Schedule Demonstrators to work Events • Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down • Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows • Measure and report results
Qualifications:
• 2 years of marketing and/or advertising experience is required • Strong communications skills • Positive, outgoing personality • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to coach, train and motivate others • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift 30 pounds
Compensation is dependent upon skills and experience.
