The Role – What You’ll Do!
This role helps us deliver high-quality play and playground equipment to communities around the world by:
- Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures on the Robotic Welding Cell
- Operates cell by setting up fixtures, performing adjustments, validating programs, and troubleshooting any downtime issues
- Read blueprints, drawings and shop orders and fabricate directly from them
- Verify all parts are made to print and are free of pinholes and splatter
- Remove rough spots from work pieces using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers
- Perform quality inspections using proper measuring devices during operation and completes quality records to ISO standards
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment
- Load and unload machine manually
- Identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency of shop, department and work crew
Welding PPE

Qualifications That Move Us!
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specific experience with wire welding preferred (MIG welding)
- Able to read production drawings and schematics
- Basic to Intermediate Math Skills
- Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
