Preferred Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welder by loading parts into the robot and unloading finished parts doing quality checks on all finished parts
- Grinding/welding as needed for quality standards on finished parts
- Ability to understand and decipher different types of welds
- Ability to read and understand measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in MIG of varying thicknesses.
- Knowledge of blueprints, tolerances and weld symbols.
- Must be able to frequently lift, bend and stand
- Ability and experience working on a team, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately with changing priorities.
- Must be detail oriented and thorough with excellent written/verbal communication.
- Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
Preferred Experience (willing to train)
- 1 years' experience as a robotic welder preferred
- 1 years' experience with MIG welding preferred but not required
- Programming knowledge is not required
- 2 years' experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
- Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
