- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial planning and control.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements that meet project requirements.
- Communicate project progress, schedule, and budget to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members.
- Manage client relationships to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure opportunities, competitive proposals, and effective work.
- Implement BCI's core values to manage project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
