- Assist in coordination of project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Manage project documents including project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and change documents
- Attend and participate in pre-construction meetings with key stakeholders and tracking communication
- Compile and distribute Meeting Minutes for pre-construction meetings
- Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Project Document management
- Develop an understanding of overall project scope as well as subcontractor scopes to draft and implement scopes
- Create bid packages
- Attend pre-construction meetings to disseminate all necessary project documentation
- Pre-construction includes scope of work, project schedule, plans, identifying team members, budgeted hours and coding, safety information, safety requirements, and any other relevant information to support the project team
- Learn and support project schedules to be delivered on time, per contract and commitments. If delays occur, track causes, corrective actions, and work with the client to redefine an acceptable delivery
- Learn and participate in managing change processes per current company standards
- Utilize corporate processes for sub-contracts, purchase orders, project billings, amongst others to learn how to effectively manage projects
- Assist project team in identifying gaps, shortfalls, overruns, or misses within project and learn how to implement timely corrective action
- Complete additional duties as assigned and as development progresses
