Job Summary
Manage and administer a portfolio of corporate clients, advise with a comprehensive and transversal view, offer innovative solutions, generate excellent experience in their interaction with the Bank, promote the use of digital channels and enhance the cross selling of all the corporation's products.
The Foreign Exchange Trader’s main focus is to manage the most important client portfolio in the country associated with financial products, for which he must generate value proposals for clients both in Flow and investment businesses. Managing and interacting with a relevant amount of resources and/or areas within the corporation.
With this mission, the Operator must have a refined commercial experience and focus with constant monitoring of the different variables that affect the business. Anticipating changes, looking for opportunities and participating in the bank's corporate strategy.
Given the high interaction with Trading, Liquidity, Back Office, Comex and Commercial Bankers teams, collaborative work is essential, as well as having high commercial discipline and the ability to make cash flow businesses profitable.

In the performance of their duties, all Bci - Miami Branch staff members are required to comply with all state and federal regulatory and legal requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1979, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Bank Bribery Amendments Act. Additionally, all staff members must comply with in the Bci’s Personnel Manual and Code of Ethics and other policies of Bci which are either currently in place or which may become effective during the staff member’s employment.

PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Ability to operate IBM compatible personal computers; fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Python, Google Suite, and other banking applications needed to perform the functions of the position.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Series 7, 63 or 65 preferred EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five to seven years of relevant experience in treasury and/or related field;

- Execute commercial strategies for cash desk products in compliance with the regulations and defined risk policies
- Generate Corporate Cash Flow team income of $35,750MM
- Recognize and promote the generation of new businesses for both local and international clients
- Generate new revenues in the current portfolio as new corporate clients
- Establish solid and long-term relationships, based on proximity, deep knowledge of the industry and having a strategic vision of their businesses
- Seek to establish a solid and long-term professional relationship
- Promote collaborative work with bankers and other specialists, generating common action plans that ensure the achievement of the segment's challenges
- Collaborative work based on profitability and perpetuity in the business
- Increase the number of new clients and businesses in the two income lines Flow (C/V Foreign Exchange, Derivatives Hedging-Investment) and Treasury
- Portfolio growth and SOW
- Develop and manage plans and strategies associated with Data, promoting digital migration, resource optimization and increased returns
- Efficient management of resources based on data and with a focus on digital migration
- Generate a commercial plan for the portfolio, with a focus on volume, client and income growth
- Efficiently use and coordinate the different services associated with the two business lines managed by the team (Flow and Investments)
- Contribute to the different instances of the team as transversal to generate more and new businesses
- Relevant actor with a commercial area in increasing income as new business line
