What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift position at BCI Sioux Falls Division?
The Production Associate must be able to set up, understand and operate the production equipment in a safe manner. The Production Associate is responsible for all activities associated with running the production equipment including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
Job Type: Full-time
1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-11:00pm
Duties
· Practice all safety rules and regulations
· Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
· Uphold all ISO policies and procedures in accordance with our Quality Policy
· Work from written instructions, diagrams and production cards
· Feed converting machines with raw materials
· Record production statistics within our ERP system
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED.
- Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following: Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.

- Must be able to read and follow instructions on factory masters and instructions in English.
- Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
