- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
