RESPONSIBILITIES
- Heavy Outlook calendar management
- Scheduling of meetings, calls and video-conferences
- Arrange international and domestic travel
- Process expense reports
- Liaise with vendors and order inventory
- Maintain broker events calendar and track events
- Maintain contacts in Salesforce
- Help with projects and research as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience in finance especially crucial
- Scheduling Guru!
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Incredible follow up skills
- Quick learner
- Demonstrable experience in working with multiple teams across a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive/upbeat personality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
