Our client, a well-known and respected hedge fund, is looking for an Admin Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for a Partner. This role mainly deals with internal stakeholders and team members. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. This person will be intellectually curious, intuitive, detail oriented, resourceful, trustworthy and have the highest ethical standards. The day-to-day of this position will involve traditional admin responsibilities such as calendar, conference room set up and breakdown for meetings, and ad hoc communications and HR projects. This person will add value by working on simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and exemplary follow-through. This role is 5x days a week in their NY office.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Maintain calendar and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
- Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, minutes and presentations
- Act as liaison between Executives and internal stakeholders
- Create bi-monthly newsletter for team
- Help HR with onboarding of new team members
- Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned

100-170K base (DOE) discretionary bonus OT almost fully covered benefits and great perks

8 : 30am-5 : 30pm availability for OT
