Our client, a prominent Private Equity Firm, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President at their NYC Midtown Office. This is a hybrid role working in office 4 days / week and WFH Fridays. This is a great opportunity to support a team of committed and talented individuals at a wonderful, close-knit firm. The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude, be highly motivated, a team player, and have a great work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain high-volume, ever-changing calendars and schedules both professionally and personal for the CEO and President
- Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agent for the CEO, President, and investment team
- Submit expense reports for investment team
- Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, catering and other special events
- Assist with kitchen and conference room maintenance, as directed
- Build and maintain good relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization
- Ad hoc projects, special assignments as requested, including client facing work
