What you’ll do:
- Act as remote resource for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting customer access control, IP Video Surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection and PC based systems
- Perform remote system maintenance, health checks, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide triage support and first-line system troubleshooting to support field operations and end users
- Evaluate operational performance against standardized metrics
- Certify / validate system operation and maintain documentation of services
- Communicate with customer personnel to ensure seamless exchange of information related to operational performance
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests
Who you are:
- You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn
- 2-4 Years of experience and a solid understanding of commercial Access/IP Video/CCTV systems
- Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related fields
- Functional and technical ability to evaluate service problems, recommend appropriate action and follow through
- Ability to utilize / understand remote LAN / WAN and internet connections
- Understanding of network topologies and computer/server hardware
Salary Range: $70K - $75K dependent on experience
Reports to the Remote Services Manager
