Job Description Summary
The role of the Assessment Psychology Associate is to conduct diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21, evaluating results, and delivering treatment recommendations to families.
Essential Functions
Clinical Responsibilities:
Selects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments and differential diagnosis.
Develop and deliver appropriate, individualized treatment recommendations to families and track client’s progress.
Provide high quality and efficient clinical services and reports.
Participate in continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
Must be a licensed psychology associate in North Carolina.
Related experience in assessment is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Experience with diverse population preferred
Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms.
Commitment to operating within ethical and professional standards of care.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Ability to travel between clinics.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
Physical activities include standing for long periods of time, sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
