At BCRC, we have an ongoing need to meet the needs of our participants as they work towards independent living and competitive employment.
As a Job Coach, you will work in our vocational workshop at BCRCs Center Township location in Aliquippa, PA supporting adults with disabilities as they work towards developing on-the-job vocational skills. Your activities will include training clients to complete work tasks, maintaining quality control, working with clients on their individual goals, and modeling work behavior. You will also support clients as they participate in community activities that develop their life skills, independence, and exploration of other employment opportunities. Minimum requirements include valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED. Experience working with individuals with disabilities helpful, but not necessary. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
As a FULL TIME JOB COACH, your schedule and benefits will be:
- Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
- No nights, No weekends, No holidays
- $17.25 / hour, Eleven Paid holidays, and Paid Time Off
- Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Pension Plan.
As a PART TIME JOB COACH, your schedule and benefits will be:
- Four weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- No nights, No weekends, No holidays
- $17.25 / hour, Eleven paid holidays, and Paid Time Off
