- Manage OEM accounts related to specific BCS products by fostering strong relationships with key executives in purchasing and engineering.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Develop and implement account strategies aligned with company and product line goals.
- Proactively assess customer needs, trends, and risks affecting business development strategy.

Requirements for This Role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager at a Tier 1 supplier to OEMs (Ford experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, specializing in technical or commercial areas.
- Experience in automotive components manufacturing and processes.
- Knowledge of automotive HMI Sensors & Switches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with versatility in intercultural and interdisciplinary communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Leadership, pro-activity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to travel for necessary periods to secure achievement of responsibilities.
