ABOUT THE ROLE:

- LEAD GENERATION & CANVASSING: ACTIVELY PROSPECT AND CANVASS RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL ROOFING NEEDS.
- SALES PRESENTATIONS: CONDUCT ON-SITE INSPECTIONS AND CONSULTATIONS TO ASSESS ROOFING NEEDS AND PRESENT TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: BUILD AND MAINTAIN LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION AND DRIVE REFERRALS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MANAGE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: BUILD AND MAINTAIN LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION AND DRIVE REFERRALS.
- DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES: DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES TO DRIVE NEW BUSINESS AND MEET SALES GOALS.
- PROVIDE EXPERT GUIDANCE: STAY UPDATED ON THE LATEST ROOFING MATERIALS, TRENDS, AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES TO PROVIDE EXPERT GUIDANCE TO CUSTOMERS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS IN OUTSIDE SALES, CANVASSING, OR DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES, PREFERABLY IN ROOFING OR CONSTRUCTION.
- SAL E SKILLS: PROVEN ABILITY TO GENERATE LEADS, CLOSE DEALS, AND EXCEED TARGETS.
- COMMUNICATION: STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO EXPLAIN COMPLEX SOLUTIONS IN A CLEAR, CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY MANNER.
- SELF-MOTIVATION: A DRIVEN, GOAL-ORIENTED MINDSET WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
- PROBLEM-SOLVING: ABILITY TO ASSESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND RECOMMEND TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
