Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for various tasks including preparing and conducting preparing and arguing motions, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court. The role is located in Harrisburg, PA. We handle cases throughout Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the law and legal procedure
- Ability to draft and argue motions.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Strong courtroom presence and ability to interact with judges, court personnel, and other counsel
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in insurance law and commercial litigation matters is a plus.
- Active bar admission in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
