Job Details

Our client is searching for a litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including real estate, bankruptcy, business, estate, probate, and personal injury.
• Developing and executing litigation strategies.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and filing them with the court.
• Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
• Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
• Complying with all legal standards and regulations, and maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical behavior.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Any litigation experience is acceptable.
• Admitted to the PA bar
• Litigation experience in PA
