SALARY
This position has a base salary range of is $120,000 - $180,000 Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
Lead BCU efforts in prospecting and acquiring new companies (America’s best workplaces) to partner with the credit union offering financial well-being services as an employee benefit.
Role And Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new company partners for BCU to engage with, creating opportunities to drive significant membership growth.
- Create a sustainable strategy to manage relationships and pipeline through SalesForce, including regular and consistent follow-up.
- Update and manage the pipeline creating visibility to executive leadership and at companywide meetings. Share regular status updates with progress.
- Work with leadership in identifying strong prospect companies that share BCU’s corporate values and a passion for financial well-being for their employees.
- Build relationships with new prospects, earning the opportunity to present the value of a partnership with BCU, leveraging internal BCU resources.
- Exceptional ability to deliver written and verbal communications in a professional manner.
- Partner with BCU business development and corporate relationship management teams to transition new relationships during onboarding.
- Create lasting, professional first impressions with new prospects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience
- Strongly preferred experience in business-to-business relationship management and sales experience
- Proficiency in managing and end to end sales process
- Preferred experience in the financial services industry or related experience
- Ability to quickly build new relationships, especially with executives (decision makers)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
