SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $38,400 - $57,600 USD Annual . This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

Establish long-term relationships by performing a comprehensive needs analysis of BCU products and services, while also building member loyalty through delivering a world-class service experience.

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of member service handling loan requests from the inbound telephone and internet sales channels.
• Identify member needs by cross selling BCU products and services, as well as optional loan and collateral protection

products.

• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales and service goals, including phone queue service levels
• Determine collateral valuations
• Apply current BCU lending fundamentals, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a working knowledge of credit reports to evaluate credit standing, perform needs assessment and identify competitor buyout opportunities
• Provide fundamental credit counseling to members where appropriate and necessary
• Work with dealerships and other finance companies when necessary
• Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Apply current BCU lending fundamentals, policies, and procedures.

• Provide fundamental credit counseling to members where appropriate and necessary
• Work with dealerships and other finance companies when necessary
• Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability and experience in providing world-class customer service
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Proficient in basic use of the Windows operating system, e-mail, and the Internet
• Strong communication, analytical, sales and telemarketing skills required
• Skillful at prioritizing work and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
