Position:- Customer service representative
Rate:- $15/hr.
Location:- Onsite (3200 Robbins Rd Springfield, IL 62704)
Job Description:-
This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED- Education verification is not required.
- 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
- Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
- Data entry and/or typing experience.
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision-making skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year's customer service experience.
- 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.*Experience working with various lines of business, i.e. CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
